Pay Entry Fees

 

Remember that both your entry form(s) and your entry fees must have been received by 6:00 PM on Friday, March 1, 2019, to be considered timely as a pre-entry registration.

Remember that you must pay your entry fees separately. You have three choices for how to pay your entry fees:

1) Pay Via PayPal

You may pay your entry fees online via PayPal using a credit card, a debit card, or your PayPal account. You do not need to have or create a PayPal account to pay using PayPal. You may make a single PayPal payment for all your entry fees for multiple dogs.

Simply fill in your name and the dog name(s) in the box below and click the gold "Pay Now" button. The PayPal "Purchase details" page will open in a new window so that you can view these instructions, if necessary. Enter the total entry fees to be paid in the "Price per item" box as a number without a dollar sign. Then click the "Continue" button. On the next page, either log into your PayPal account to complete your payment as usual or click the gray "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button at the bottom. On the "PayPal Guest Checkout Page", enter your Debit or Credit Card payment information and your Contact information. Optionally, you may create a PayPal account, if you wish. Finally, click the blue "Pay Now" button at the bottom to submit your entry fees. That's all there is to it.

To pay your entry fees for multiple dogs in a single PayPal payment, wait until you have made your final entry using the online Entry Form. When you return to this page after your final entry, enter your name and then each of your dogs' names in the box below with the amount paid for each dog. Then click the gold "Pay Now" button and proceed as described above.

To add additional entry fees later, fill out the online Entry Form for the additional classes. When you return to this page, fill in your name and the dog name(s) in the box below and indicate that the payment is for additional entries. Then click the gold "Pay Now" button and proceed as described above.

2) Use Your Financial Institution's Bill Pay

You may use the "bill pay" or similar mechanism from your financial institution. Make the check payable to "Florida Gulf Coast Dachshund Club", which will set the first line of the mailing address. Set the full payment address to:

Note: Do not send a bill pay check to the Test Secretary.

3) Write and Mail a Paper Check

You may write your own paper check payable to "Florida Gulf Coast Dachshund Club" and mail it to the Club Treasurer at:

Note: Do not send a paper check to the Test Secretary with a paper entry form. If you have to submit a paper entry form, then you must mail the entry form to the Test Secretary and your paper check to the Club Treasurer separately.
